Located off I-65 just south of downtown between 4th Ave. South and 8th Ave. South on Edgehill Ave/Chestnut Ave.
Take Exit 81, Wedgewood Ave., off I-65 and follow the signs to the Science Museum.

10:00 a.m. – Department Council
10:30 a.m. – Department Encampment Begins
12:00 Noon – Lunch on own at Cracker Barrel Restaurant NW corner I-65 and Harding Place
1:30 p.m. – Encampment Resumes as required until 3: p.m.
3:00 p.m. – Guided Tour of Fort Negley
4:00 p.m. – “The Fall of Nashville” film viewing
6:00 p.m. – Arrival for Encampment Dinner
6:15 p.m. – Opening remarks
6:30 p.m. – Dinner
7:00 p.m. – “A Civil War Journey: An Observance through Words and Song”
